Price is important but what is more important is knowing the Company you are booking with.
1-Make sure the limousine they tell you you're booking online they actually own that limo...better yet go see it in person
2-Ask for a contract or at least a receipt of your deposit with their Company name, address, phone number, who booked this for you.
3-Before you put a deposit collect at least half from everyone who will be in your limousine. This is important as different sizes of limos cost different prices. An adult, someone 18 or over, will have to make the contract and put the money down. This person will be responsible for the whole group.
